Larry began his career in real estate in 1993 in San Ramon Ca. with Fox & Carskadon Realtors. He obtained a California Brokers license in January 2002 and has managed many successful real estate offices throughout the greater San Francisco Bay area.

Larry has volunteered his time and has served in many capacities; He was the President of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors in 2006 as well as the Realtor of the year and has served as a director for the California Associations of Realtors since 2004. Larry has chaired many committees including the Standard Forms Committee that is charged with creating, revising CAR forms and documents that Realtors in California use daily. He also chaired the Realtor Risk Management and Consumer Protection Committee as well as serving on the Prestige’s Executive Committee and Strategic Planning Committee.

Even after 30 years in the real estate, he still has a great passion for real estate sales and truly enjoys training and educating Realtors, both new and experienced…as many Realtors say, “his passion for the profession is contagious!”
